Use this agent to address climate control issues, request cleaning services, report physical maintenance needs, and handle office environment concerns. This agent focuses on non-IT facility operations.

            Reporting a temperature issue in the office

            Scenario: James and his team are uncomfortable because their office area is too cold.

            • James: The air conditioning in our section on Floor 4 is way too cold. Can you adjust the temperature?
