Example
Reporting a lost laptop
Scenario: Jessica realizes her company laptop was stolen from her car overnight.
Jessica: My company laptop was stolen from my car last night. I need to lock it immediately.
AI Agent: I understand the urgency. I can help secure your device. To confirm before I
proceed, is your laptop asset tag LT-5829, and do you want me to remotely lock it or
completely wipe all data?
Jessica: Yes, that's my laptop. Lock it first, and if we can't recover it, then wipe
it.
AI Agent: Your laptop LT-5829 has been remotely locked and will require your admin
credentials plus a recovery code to unlock. A security incident INC-008847 has been
created. If the laptop isn't recovered within 48 hours, we'll proceed with a remote
factory reset. The security team has also been notified to monitor for any unauthorized
access attempts.
