This agent facilitates enterprise collaboration.

            Granting access to a SharePoint site

            Scenario: Project Manager Helen needs to give her new contractor access to the project SharePoint site.

            • Helen: I need to give access to our project SharePoint site for contractor Mike Johnson. He needs to view and edit documents.
            • AI Agent: I can grant that SharePoint access. To confirm before I proceed, which site is this for, and should Mike have "Edit" permissions or "Full Control"?
            • Helen: It's the "Project Phoenix" site, and Edit permissions are sufficient.
            • AI Agent: Mike Johnson has been granted Edit permissions to the "Project Phoenix" SharePoint site. He'll receive an email invitation to access the site and can start viewing and editing documents immediately. His access is configured as a contractor account with a 90-day review period.
