Use this agent to reset forgotten system and network passwords, reset settings for multi-factor authentication, and report password-related technical issues. This agent handles system-level credential recovery.

            Resetting a forgotten network password

            Scenario: Employee Tom forgot his network password and can't log in to his laptop.

            • Tom: I forgot my network password and can't log in to my laptop. Can you reset it?
            • AI Agent: I can help you reset your network password. To confirm before I proceed, I'll need to verify your identity. What is your employee ID and the last four digits of your mobile number on file?
            • Tom: My employee ID is EMP-7823 and my mobile number ends in 4892.
            • AI Agent: Identity verified. A temporary network password has been sent via SMS to your number ending in 4892. Use this temporary password to log in, and you'll be prompted to create a new permanent password. Your MFA settings remain unchanged. The temporary password expires in 2 hours.
