AI-Based Summaries for Risk Records in IT Compliance
Agentforce summarizes risk data, evaluations, and treatment history into a concise
narrative for compliance leaders. This helps your team analyze potential impacts and understand
current mitigation strategies without opening every related record. By providing clear
rationales and suggested next steps, these summaries simplify stakeholder communication and help
you decide treatment plans.

Use the Proactive Assistance card on a Risk or a Risk Evaluation record to summarize
information. You can regenerate a summary whenever critical details change.
Risk Summary: Typically used when you need a high-level overview of a risk's current
posture, including its mapped controls and responsible stakeholders. It's the go-to resource
for periodic reporting or when preparing for a leadership briefing on the state of the risk
register.
Risk Evaluation Summary: Typically used during the active assessment phase to see how
specific stakeholder survey responses have recalculated the risk scores. It helps reviewers
understand the specific reasons behind a suggested treatment direction.
These summaries are most effective when used in combination with autonomous background
processes to assess your overall risk posture. While autonomous processes proactively create
evaluations, suggest treatment plans, and recalculate scores whenever there are changes to
policies or controls, the summaries capture the latest information to give stakeholders a
quick way to digest the most relevant changes. Ideally, teams use both of these capabilities
together to stay ahead of their compliance requirements.
