Automatically fulfill routine hardware requests by enabling autonomous sourcing. When
active, the Sourcing Agent evaluates nearby inventory to generate fulfillment orders and product
transfers in the background, eliminating manual intake review.

User Permissions Needed
IT Fulfiller:
Hardware Asset Management, AND Read and Write on Service Requests
Inventory Manager:
Hardware Asset Management, AND Read and Write on Fulfillment Orders
Turn on the org-level preference to allow the Sourcing Agent to auto-create fulfillment orders
without manual user review.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Hardware Asset Management,
and then select Hardware Asset Management.
Select Enable Autonomous Sourcing.
Turn on the preference.
