Dispatch and Receive Hardware
Track hardware dispatch and finalize delivery by updating fulfillment order statuses.

| To manage fulfillment orders: | Hardware Asset Management - IT Fulfiller |
- From the App Launcher, find and select IT Hardware Asset Management.
- Select Fulfillment Orders.
- Select the pending fulfillment order for your location.

Update the fulfillment order status based on the delivery method.
- For in-person pickup:
- Select Item Ready for Pickup.
- Select Email for the communication channel.
- Select Next.
- Enter recipient details and select Send.
- For shipment:
- Select Update Shipment.
- Enter tracking details.
- Select Save.
- For in-person pickup:

When you dispatch the item, select Mark Fulfillment
Sent.
The associated asset status automatically updates to In Transit.
- After the employee receives the hardware, select Mark Fulfillment Received.
When you finalize the order, stockroom quantities decrement and the asset status updates to In Use.
