Autonomous Sourcing Mode
Autonomous sourcing processes approved hardware requests from intake to order creation in the background. The agent automatically evaluates stock levels near the employee's location to reserve stock and prevent double-booking.
- Local stock available: Create a fulfillment order automatically.
- Local stock unavailable: Create a fulfillment order and a product transfer to route the asset from another location.
Geocoding Proximity
The sourcing system uses location services to calculate coordinates and distances between employee delivery locations and active stockrooms. It prioritizes fulfillment from the nearest warehouse to minimize transit time and shipping fees.
Sourcing Fallback Logic
If the primary geocoding service times out or experiences a network disruption, the system uses proximity logic to estimate destination routing based on state, city, or regional address fields.
