To monitor capacity and daily usage trends, track managed hardware assets against purchased entitlements.
            • Configure a Sourcing Agent
              Configure a sourcing agent to evaluate real-time inventory and logistical constraints for approved hardware requests. The agent determines the fulfillment path based on geographical proximity and recommends by using existing stock, internal transfers, or new procurement.
