          Monitor Batch Job Progress

          Track batch job progress and health to verify that high-volume asset transitions are complete. Review run details, inspect processed records, and isolate failures. Monitor background processes through Setup, notifications, or email.

          Monitor Workflow Services Page

          Check batch job progress from the admin configuration console.

          1. From Setup, in Quick Find, enter Monitor Workflow Services, and select Monitor Workflow Services.
          2. Select the batch job, and open the batch run instance.
          3. View run status, processed records, and failures.

          Bell Notifications

          Review automated system alerts to track background processing states.

          1. When a batch job finishes, select Notifications in the header.
          2. Select the notification link to view the list of processed assets.
          3. Review run outcome for each asset, including completed, failed, or skipped statuses.

          Email and Slack Alerts

          Monitor job completion from email or Slack.

          To monitor jobs via email:

          1. Open the automated email sent after job completion.
          2. Select the direct link to view the run details.
          3. Review asset status.

          To monitor jobs via Slack, the batch job owner completes these steps.

          1. Open Slack.
          2. Review the message notification for the run details.
