            Persona Key Tasks and Responsibilities
            IT Asset Manager Responsible for the financial lifecycle, compliance, and governance of hardware. This persona runs bulk lifecycle actions, runs TCO analytics, initiates disposal orders, and manages Certificates of Disposal.
            Inventory Manager Handles stockroom logistics, audits physical counts, pulls assets off shelves for fulfillment, handles incoming returns, and ensures accurate stock quantities.
            IT Fulfiller Reviews incoming service requests, determines the best sourcing path, such as local stock, transfer, or procurement, and oversees the deployment of devices to employees.
            CMDB Administrator Manages the Configuration Management Database, configuring discovery rules, CI types, and defines the field-mapping and source of truth rules for the Asset-CI sync.
            Employee (Requester) Acts as the end user who uses the Employee Portal or Agentforce conversational AI to request new hardware, report lost devices, or initiate a refresh.
