IT Fulfiller:
Hardware Asset Management, AND Read and Write on Service Requests
Inventory Manager:
Hardware Asset Management, AND Read and Write on Fulfillment Orders
When Proactive Assistance is enabled, the agent evaluates inventory and delivery requirements
to recommend optimal sourcing paths.
From the App Launcher, find and select IT Hardware Asset
Management.
Select Service Requests.
Select an approved hardware service request.
Find the Proactive Assistance card.
Review the hardware sourcing recommendations from the agent.
Select Apply Recommendation.
