• Recommendations-Only (Proactive Mode): Select this mode if stock distribution fluctuates unpredictably or if local warehouse teams manually sign off on destination constraints before inventory moves.

To view why an autonomous location selection is made, go to the Work Notes or the centralized Sourcing Agent Audit Logs on the Service Request record. The logs show step-by-step details about the geographical boundaries and stock logic used by the reasoning engine.

Track systemic performance by opening the IT Asset Management (ITAM) Success Metrics Dashboard. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include:

• Sourcing Completion Times: The median duration from request approval to automated fulfillment order generation.
• Recommendation Acceptance Rates: The percentage of proactive recommendations successfully ran by fulfillers without manual overrides.
