Submitting a hardware request, refresh, or reclaim triggers a service request. Track this request through its lifecycle to monitor shipping or approval updates.
Notifications
Check for real-time notifications in email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. The system automatically sends updates when an admin approves, rejects, ships, or holds your request.
