          Verify Hardware Fulfillment Dependencies

          Verify logistical requirements for a fulfillment order line item to confirm that items are in stock and ready to pick. Make sure that internal transfers and external procurement batches are complete before physically gathering devices.

          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
          User Permissions Needed
          To view and manage fulfillment dependencies Hardware Asset Management - Inventory Manager
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select IT Hardware Asset Management.
          2. Select Fulfillment Orders.
          3. Select the pending fulfillment order assigned to your location.
          4. On the Related tab, select View All to identify products to pull.
          5. Select the item in the Fulfillment Order Product Number column.
          6. On the Details tab, locate the Product Transfer relationship.
            1. Confirm if the line item requires an inventory transfer to bring the item into local stock.
            2. Verify that the product transfer status is Complete before proceeding.
          7. Locate the Product Request Line Item.
            1. If the Product Request Line Item field is populated, the item is being purchased from an external vendor.
            2. Finalize procurement and receive the item into inventory before picking the device.
          8. Select Add Asset to link a physical device to the line item.
