After admins configure event types, IT teams schedule and track events on the calendar.

For predefined events, filter by Event Type.
For change requests, filter by Type, Priority, Status Code, Status, or Category.
For releases, filter by Release Type, Status, or Priority.
Each time you create a change request or a release, a corresponding event is automatically created on the IT Service Calendar. Click an event to view its details.
