            Configure Change Advisory Board for IT Services

            Turn on the required settings for the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to manage change approvals effectively.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To set up CAB View Setup and Configuration
            Tip
            Tip To track your progress, select the checkbox next to each setup task after you complete it.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find, and select Salesforce Go.
            2. In the search box, find, and select Change Management.
            3. In the Unlock Advanced Functionality section, turn on Change Advisory Board Management and Change Advisory Board Approvals.
              Selecting these checkboxes turns on CAB-related org preferences, makes CAB objects and pages available, and activates an advanced approval flow template.
