User Permissions Needed
To access Risk Assessment questionnaire:
Complete Change Risk Assessments
From the Change Request Record page, go to the Risk Evaluation
tab.
Click Start to start the evaluation.
On the Risk Evaluation Questionnaire page, answer the questions and click
Next.
Answer the questions on next page and click Next.
You can review the calculated risk level and risk score on the Risk Score card.
To retake the questionnaire, click Retake in the Risk
Evaluation tab.
