            Change Request Management Permissions for IT Services

            Change Request Management users need permission set licenses to access and manage change records, workflows, and approvals. Understand what each permission set license offers. These licenses are provided out of the box and are required to get started with the Change Request Management process.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            You can get access to the Change Request Manager permission set group and the Change Request Fulfiller permission set group to manage change requests. These groups provide all the necessary access for users in the roles of Change Manager and Change Fulfiller.

            Permission Set Licenses

            Change Request Manager Access to review and assess change requests, evaluate risks and impacts, approve changes, configure approval groups, and manage change calendars. Close change requests and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
            Change Request Fulfiller Access to create and manage implementation plans, tasks, and rollback strategies. Includes permissions to execute changes in production, verify implementation, perform testing, monitor system health, update documentation, and support post-implementation activities.
            IT Service Incident and Change Request Associator Gives users access to add or remove incident and change association records for IT services.
            IT Service Problem and Change Request Associator Gives users access to add or remove problem and change association records for IT services.
            IT Service Change Request and Release Associator Gives users access to add or remove change and release association records for IT services.
            IT Service Change Request Associations Resolver Gives users access to resolve change association records for IT services.
            IT Service Change Request Deleter Gives users access to delete change request records for IT services.
