Let's take an example of John, an IT fulfiller at Cumulus Bank who wants to calculate the Risk Score and Risk Level for his change request. He wants to let the stakeholders know whether the change request can be implemented or not based on the risk score.
| field | example value |
|---|---|
| Change Request Number | CHG-000000016 |
| Status | New |
| Priority | Critical |
John clicks Start to start the Risk Evaluation. He provides the answers to the questions on the next screen.
He then clicks Next and answers the next set of questions.
He then clicks Finish and gets a Risk Score of 64 which is low.
Since the Risk Score is low, John can let the stakeholders know that the change is low-risk and ready for implementation, and can be deployed in the upcoming release.
