Change Request Management Permissions for IT Services Change Request Management users need permission set licenses to access and manage change records, workflows, and approvals. Understand what each permission set license offers. These licenses are provided out of the box and are required to get started with the Change Request Management process.
Change Request Conflict Detection Identify and manage scheduling conflicts between change request that affect the same configuration items to help prevent overlapping changes and improve deployment planning.
