          Important
          • CMDB supports exporting configuration items (CIs) only in CSV format.
          • Exported files include attributes from the base CI type only. Exported files don’t include attributes for derived CI types.
          • A single export file supports up to 100,000 CIs. If the number of CIs exceeds 100,000, CMDB exports only the first 100,000 CIs to the file.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select CMDB and Service Graph.
          2. In the navigation panel, select Configuration Items and then All Configuration Items.
          3. If required, configure the list view before exporting by applying filters and selecting the fields to display in the list view.
          4. Click Export CI.
          5. Click Download.
            The export process begins.
          6. In the navigation panel, select CMDB under Administration, and then select CI Imports and Exports.
          7. Select the Export History tab.
          8. Download the exported CSV file if the export status is completed.
