            Upgrade CMDB Data Bundles

            Review and upgrade CMDB data bundle versions to keep your data model current. Use data bundle upgrades to maintain the latest CMDB setup data after major releases.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service that have CMDB and Service Graph enabled.
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage CMDB data bundles: IT Service Configuration Item Type Manager

            CMDB data bundle provide updated data models such as configuration item types, attributes, and relationship definitions. Review available bundle versions periodically and upgrade your installed bundle when newer versions are available.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select CMDB and Service Graph.
            2. In the navigation panel, select CMDB under Administration, and then select CMDB Data Bundles.
            3. Select the installed data bundle and review the available bundle version information.
            4. Select the required bundle version and review the bundle description and release notes.
            5. Click Install.
              The installation is now in progress.
            6. Click Bundle History to track and review the installation progress.
