As an issue owner, you're responsible for confirming that the resolver's work meets
compliance requirements. Review the completed tasks and evidence, then either close the issue or
move it again to the open state for additional work.

User Permissions Needed
To access Compliance Issue action plan tasks:
Compliance Admin permission set
Note This task assumes the resolver has completed all remediation tasks and moved the
issue to Review status. To see the remediation workflow, see Complete Remediation Tasks for a
Compliance Issue.
From the App Launcher, find and select Compliance Issues.
From the Compliance Issues list view, filter by Issue Status equals
Review to find issues awaiting your validation.
Open an issue, go to the Tasks tab and confirm every task on the
attached action plan is marked complete.
To review any attached files to ensure the uploaded evidence supports closure, open a task
and go to the Related tab.
Decide whether to close the issue or open it again if it needs more work.
If the evidence supports closure, click Mark Issue Status as
Complete to close the issue.
If the evidence is incomplete or the fix isn't satisfactory, in the status path, select
Open or Remediation in Progress, and then click
Mark Issue Status as Current Status.
A closed Compliance Issue retains its action plan, tasks, evidence, and history. Closed issues
appear in list views and reports so auditors can trace the remediation back to the original
finding.
