Create a Policy Communication Campaign for IT Compliance
Create policy communication campaigns to ensure employees are aware of organizational policies and to collect required attestations for compliance audits. Campaigns define acknowledgment windows and trigger automated notifications via the Employee Service Portal.

Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
User Permissions Needed
To create and manage policy records and communications:
Compliance Admin permission set
From the App Launcher, find and select Compliance Policies.
Open the published or active policy version for which you want to send a
communication.
Navigate to the Policy Communications tab and click
New.
Enter the campaign details, including name, and start and end dates.
Select whether to send the policy to specific Users or
Groups, then select your recipients.
Save your changes.
The communication record is created in the draft status.
To distribute the policy and send notifications to recipients, click
Activate.
Activating the campaign triggers a notification in the Employee Service Portal,
where recipients can read and acknowledge the document.
