Create a Policy Communication Campaign for IT Compliance Create policy communication campaigns to ensure employees are aware of organizational policies and to collect required attestations for compliance audits. Campaigns define acknowledgment windows and trigger automated notifications via the Employee Service Portal.
Acknowledge Policies from the Employee Service Portal for IT Compliance Employees can acknowledge assigned policies directly from the Employee Service portal, without needing access to the IT Compliance app. A policy appears in the Policy Hub when a compliance admin activates a policy communication campaign that lists the employee as a recipient.
Track Employee Policy Acknowledgments for IT Compliance Monitor the progress of your policy communication campaigns to verify organizational compliance and support audit readiness. Track which employees have completed their review and which acknowledgements are still pending.
