            Map Issues to IT Compliance Records

            Link a compliance issue to the compliance records it relates to, such as a Risk, Regulation Version, Control Version, Policy Version, or Audit, so the issue is traceable to its source for reporting and audit follow-up.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
            User Permissions Needed
            To map a Compliance Issue to a compliance record:

            Compliance Admin permission set

            OR

            IT Compliance Fulfiller permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Compliance Issues.
            2. Open a Compliance Issue record.
            3. To link the Compliance Issue to other Compliance records, click the Related tab.
            4. On the Compliance Issue Risk Associations related list, click New.
            5. In the Risk field, search for and select the Risk record you want to associate with the issue.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. To map the issue to another compliance object, follow the same steps using the corresponding related list.
              • Compliance Issue Regulation Versions links the issue to a Regulation Version. To map to a specific clause as well, also select a Regulation Clause Version for more granular traceability.
              • Compliance Issue Control Versions links the issue to a Control Version.
              • Compliance Issue Policy Versions links the issue to a Policy Version. To map to a specific clause as well, also select a Policy Clause Version for more granular traceability.
              • Compliance Issue Audits links the issue to an Audit.
