            Map IT Compliance Policy Clause Versions to Policy Versions and Regulation Clause Versions

            Map policy clauses to parent policy versions and external regulatory requirements. Linking a clause to a policy version ensures the document is complete and ready for distribution. Linking an internal clause to an external regulation clause provides verifiable proof for auditors and also helps you quickly identify which internal policies need updates when an external law changes.

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure Compliance records: Compliance Admin permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Compliance Policy Clause Versions.
            2. Open a Compliance Policy Clause Version record.
            3. To link the clause to an internal policy, go to the Related tab.
            4. In the Compliance Policy Compliance Clause Versions related list, click New and select the parent policy version.
            5. To link the clause to an external mandate, go to the Related tab.
            6. In the Regulation Clause Version Compliance Policy Clause Versions related list, click New and select the specific regulation clause.
