            Acknowledge Policies from the Employee Service Portal for IT Compliance

            Employees can acknowledge assigned policies directly from the Employee Service portal, without needing access to the IT Compliance app. A policy appears in the Policy Hub when a compliance admin activates a policy communication campaign that lists the employee as a recipient.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with IT Compliance Employee add-on.
            User Permissions Needed
            To acknowledge assigned policies from the Employee Service portal: IT Compliance Policy Acknowledger permission set
            Note
            Note The portal notifies you when a new policy is assigned, but the notification doesn't open the policy directly. Open the Policy Hub from the home page to read and acknowledge it.
            1. Sign in to the Employee Service portal.
            2. On the home page, select the Policy Hub tile.
            3. On the Pending tab, find the policy you want to review and click Read & Acknowledge.
            4. Read the policy document in full.
            5. Click Acknowledge.
              The policy moves from the Pending tab to the Acknowledged tab.

            Maya, a Data Workspaces engineer at Cumulus Bank, signs in to the Employee Service portal and sees a notification that she has a new policy to review. She opens the Policy Hub. On the Pending tab, she finds the Remote Work and Acceptable Use Policy and clicks Read & Acknowledge. After reading the document, she clicks Acknowledge. The policy moves to the Acknowledged tab, her response is recorded against the active campaign, and the compliance admin can see her acknowledgment from the IT Compliance app.

            Return to the Policy Hub at any time. On the Acknowledged tab, click Read next to any policy to revisit the document.
