Preview Policies and Reorder Clauses for IT Compliance
To ensure your policy is organized and visually accurate for auditors, preview the document layout and reorder its clauses. Adjusting the sequence helps you prioritize critical information and maintain a logical flow.
Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited
Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
User Permissions Needed
To view Policy records:
IT Compliance Fulfiller permission set
OR
Compliance Admin permission set
To modify Policy records:
Compliance Admin permission set
You can only reorder clauses for policies in Draft, Review, or Pending Approval status.
Policies in Published, Active, or Retired status cannot be reordered.
From the App Launcher, find and select Compliance Policy
Versions.
Open the Compliance Policy Version record you want to preview.
Click the Policy Details tab to see a preview of how the policy text
appears.
To reorder the clauses, click Sequence Clause.
In the Clause Preview window, drag and drop the clauses into your preferred order.
To verify the new layout, click Preview.
Save your changes.
