Execute the action plan associated with a compliance issue by completing each
remediation task and uploading supporting files. As the resolver, you're responsible for working
through each task on the action plan and providing evidence that the compliance gap has been
addressed. Once all tasks are complete, move the issue to Review status so the issue owner can
validate your work.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited
Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
From the App Launcher, find and select IT Compliance.
Select Compliance Issues from the navigation menu.
Open the Compliance Issue record you are assigned to resolve.
Click Mark Issue Status as Complete to move the issue to
Remediation in Progress.
Click the Tasks tab, and open a task from the Action
Plans related list.
If the task requires evidence, upload your supporting evidence, such as audit logs, system
reports, or policy documents, from the Files related list on the task
record.
Click Mark Complete on the task.
Repeat the previous two steps for each remaining task on the action plan.
Return to the Compliance Issue and click Mark Issue Status as
Complete to move the issue to Review.
The issue is now ready for the issue owner to validate your work.
The issue owner will review your completed tasks and evidence. If everything meets compliance
requirements, they'll close the issue. If additional work is needed, they'll move the issue back
to Remediation in Progress. See Review
and Close a Compliance Issue for the validation workflow.
