process for your campaigns.

To enable Policy Communication features:
Customize Application
To assign required permission sets to users:
Assign Permission Sets
From the gear icon, select Salesforce Go, and then search for
Accelerate Trust with Unified Risk and Compliance on the
Feature page.
Find and select Policy Communications.
Turn on Policy Communications.
To grant access to the right users, click Manage next to Manage
User Access and assign the permission set that matches each user's role.
Assign Compliance Admin to managers who create and activate policy
communication campaigns.
Assign IT Compliance Fulfiller to users who track acknowledgment
progress across campaigns.
Assign IT Compliance Policy Acknowledger to employees who
acknowledge policies from the Employee Service Portal. This permission set is included in
the IT Compliance Employee Permission Set License.
