When you activate a campaign, Salesforce creates a response record for every recipient. You
can monitor these responses in real time to ensure your organization meets its attestation
deadlines.
From the App Launcher, find and select Compliance Policy
Communications.
Open the Compliance Policy Communication record for your campaign.
You can also open the Policy Communication record from the Policy
Communications tab on your Policy record.
Review the Status field to confirm the campaign is active.
On the Related tab, locate the Compliance Policy
Communication Responses related list.
Review the list to see which recipients have acknowledged the policy and which are still
pending.
Refresh or return to this record as needed; acknowledgment values update when recipients
complete their tasks in the Employee Service Portal.
