Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
          • IT Compliance Issue Lifecycle
Follow how a compliance issue moves from discovery to closure, showing how issue owners, resolvers, and SLA enforcement work together to track and remediate compliance gaps.
          • Log a Compliance Issue for IT Compliance
Capture a compliance gap as a Compliance Issue so you can track it through remediation to closure. Specify the severity, type, and owner, and apply an entitlement to drive the resolution timeline.
          • Map Issues to IT Compliance Records
Link a compliance issue to the compliance records it relates to, such as a Risk, Regulation Version, Control Version, Policy Version, or Audit, so the issue is traceable to its source for reporting and audit follow-up.
          • Create an Action Plan for a Compliance Issue for IT Compliance
When a compliance issue is logged and mapped to its source such as a failed control, an open risk, a policy, or an audit, create an Action Plan using a template, and associate it with an issue to organize the remediation work into assignable tasks.
          • Complete Remediation Tasks for a Compliance Issue
Execute the action plan associated with a compliance issue by completing each remediation task and uploading supporting files. As the resolver, you're responsible for working through each task on the action plan and providing evidence that the compliance gap has been addressed. Once all tasks are complete, move the issue to Review status so the issue owner can validate your work.
          • Review and Close a Compliance Issue
As an issue owner, you're responsible for confirming that the resolver's work meets compliance requirements. Review the completed tasks and evidence, then either close the issue or move it again to the open state for additional work.
