Permission Set Licenses for IT Compliance
IT Compliance is delivered through add-ons that bundle the platform licenses, permission set licenses, and permission sets your team needs. Review the add-ons available to your org, then assign the right permission sets to your compliance admins, fulfillers, employees, and AI users.

Assign these permission sets to your IT Compliance users based on their role. Each permission set grants the object, field, and feature access that the role needs to do its work. You can also create permission set groups in your org to bundle related permission sets and simplify assignment.

| IT Compliance Fulfiller permission set | Read-mostly access for users who fulfill evidence requests on behalf of the compliance program. Includes permissions to view assigned evidence requests, create and submit evidence artifacts, and update the status of in-progress work. Sourced from the standalone IT Compliance Fulfiller user license. |
| IT Compliance Submitter permission set | Access for employees to submit evidence and respond to evidence requests through the Evidence Hub. Includes object-level permissions for evidence and audit records. Included in the IT Compliance Employee add-on. |
| IT Compliance Acknowledger permission set | Access for employees to view, read, and acknowledge IT compliance policies assigned to them. Includes object-level permissions for policy records. Included in the IT Compliance Employee add-on. |
