            User Permissions Needed
            To use Data 360 for Agentforce IT Service:

            Salesforce org: System Administrator

            AND

            Data 360 org: Data Cloud Admin
            Review and complete all steps mentioned in the Salesforce Data 360 documentation.
            1. Turn On Data 360.
            2. Plan your Data 360 strategy.
            3. Manage Data 360 users.
            4. Manage access with Data 360 permission sets.
            5. Manage data spaces.
            6. Set up the Salesforce CRM connector.
