            Get Insights into Discovery Activity with the Discovery Dashboard

            Use the Discovery Dashboard to monitor scan performance, asset discovery trends, and data freshness across your organization. Gain visibility into scan coverage, active sources, and update frequency to improve discovery accuracy, identify gaps, and maintain a reliable CMDB.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service that have Discovery enabled.

            The dashboard displays key discovery metrics, including total discovered items, scan job results, and asset update trends. Track active discovery sources by environment, view items updated or unchanged during recent scans, and monitor overall discovery progress. Use these insights to optimize scan scheduling, address missing data, and ensure continuous synchronization between discovered assets and CMDB.

            You can view the Discovery Dashboard from the Home page of the CMDB and Service Graph app.
