从“设置”中，在快速框中输入快速设置，然后选择快速设置。
在“IT 服务配置”页面上，单击开始使用。
在创建自动填写配置旁边，单击编辑。
在“自动填写配置”页面上，单击要配置的映射旁边的编辑。
要添加或更新映射，请从每个对象中选择相应的字段。
要包含手动输入的其他字段，请选择用户在创建相关记录时需要填写的字段。
保存更改。
