Add Policy Hub and Evidence Hub Tiles to the Employee Portal for IT Compliance

Add Policy Hub and Evidence Hub Tiles to the Employee Portal for IT Compliance

As a site admin, add Policy Hub and Evidence Hub tiles to your Employee Services portal so that employees can acknowledge assigned policies and fulfill evidence requests without needing access to the IT Compliance app.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
          User Permissions Needed
To customize an Experience Builder site: Create and Setup Experiences

The Policy Hub and Compliance Evidence Hub pages aren't reachable from the portal unless you configure the portal to point to each one. We recommend adding tiles for each page to the portal home page.

          Note
Note The Compliance Evidence Hub page is available only in sites using the Agentforce Employee Center template. If your site uses the Employee Portal template, you can't add a tile for the Evidence Hub. Neither the Policy Hub nor the Compliance Evidence Hub page is available on the Agentic Center template.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sites, and then select All Sites under Digital Experiences.
          2. Next to your Employee Services portal site, click Builder to open the site in Experience Builder.
          3. Click the Components icon to open the Components panel.
For an overview of how the Pages menu, Components panel, and property editor work in Experience Builder, see Edit Pages and Components in Experience Builder in Salesforce Help.
          4. Drag a Tile Card from the Components panel into an empty column in the tile row on the Home page.
If the tile row has no empty column, first change the section's column layout from properties to add a column or delete an existing tile.
          5. With the new Tile Card selected, configure its properties in the property editor.
            • Enter a Title. For example, you can enter Policy Hub or Evidence Hub. This label appears under the tile.
            • In Icon Name, add an icon for the tile.
            • In Target URL, enter /policy-hub-detail for the Policy Hub tile or /evidence-hub for the Compliance Evidence Hub tile.
          6. To add a tile for the other page, repeat the steps starting from dragging a Tile Card into an empty column.
          7. Click Publish to make the tiles visible to portal users.

After the tiles are published, employees with the IT Compliance Policy Acknowledger permission set can use the Policy Hub tile to acknowledge assigned policies. Employees with the IT Compliance Submitter permission set can use the Evidence Hub tile to fulfill evidence requests.
