Set Up the Catalog Page in Agentforce Employee Portal for IT Employees
Set up a catalog page in your Agentforce Employee portal to show IT service offerings to
employees. Add the catalog page to the navigation menu to make it easy for your users to
navigate.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited
Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
User Permissions Needed
To customize an Experience Builder site:
Create and Setup Experiences
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sites, and then select
All Sites under Digital Experiences.
Open the Agentforce Employee portal site in
Builder mode.
To view the list of pages, click Home and then click New
Page.
Select Standard Page.
Select New Blank Page.
Choose a page layout and click Next.
Enter a name for the page, such as IT Service Catalog.
The URL is automatically filled.
Click Create.
Click the Components icon.
Drag and drop the Unified Catalog component into the content
section.
In the configuration panel, enter the record ID of the catalog you want to link to and
configure other information.
To make sure users can find the page, add it to the navigation menu.
