Configure Global Search in Agentforce Employee Portal for IT Services
Configure the search bar in the Agentforce Employee portal to include incidents and cases in the
autocomplete results. This helps employees quickly find and access the records they
need.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited
Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
User Permissions Needed
To customize or publish an Experience Cloud site:
Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the
site
OR
View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site AND have appropriate role-based site access
From Setup, in Quick Find box, enter Sites, and then select
All Sites under Digital Experiences.
Find your site and click the Builder option.
Click the Global Search Box component on the page.
Under Objects in Autocomplete Results, add Incidents and
Cases as searchable objects.
To review your changes, click Preview.
To make your changes live for all users, click Publish.
