            Create New Collaboration Space

            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request for new team or project collaboration spaces.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Channel or Workspace Name: The name of the channel or workspace to be created.
            • Channel Description: The purpose and intended usage of the channel or workspace.
            • Channel Type: The privacy type of the channel or workspace, such as Private or Public.
            • Member Email Addresses: The list of employee email addresses to be added as members. You can add upto 20 email addresses.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with Slack in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, ensure you have Slack set up in the org.
