            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request for new email distribution lists or groups.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Distribution List or Group Name: The name of the distribution list or group.
            • Group Email: The list of members to add to distribution list or group.
            • Member Email Addresses: The list of members to add to the distribution list or group.
            • Business Justification: The business justification for creating the distribution list or group.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with Microsoft Entra ID in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, ensure your Microsoft Entra ID credentials are configured. To learn more about this third-party connector, see Microsoft Entra ID connector.
