          Intake Attributes

          The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

          • City: The specific city location of the office where the temperature adjustment is requested.
          • Building Name: The name of the building where the user is currently located.
          • Floor Number: The specific floor within the building that requires a temperature change.
          • Desk Number: The user's desk number to pinpoint the exact zone for temperature change.
          • Desired Temperature: The specific target temperature requested by the user for their workspace.

          Manual Fulfillment

          This service process routes the request for manual fulfillment to the IT team. You can build a flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as manager approvals or automated fulfillment.

          Integration
