City: The city where the printer is located.
Building: The specific building where the printer is located.
Floor: The floor level within the building where the printer is located.
Printer Name: The name or unique identifier of the printer experiencing the issue.
Issue Details: A detailed description of the printer malfunction or specific problem
being reported.
Incident Resolution
This service process routes the incident to the IT support queue for manual troubleshooting
and resolution.
