            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request an account unlock for a colleague.

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Colleague Email Address: The registered email address of the colleague whose account requires unlocking.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with Okta in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, configure your Okta credentials. To learn more about this third-party connector, see Okta Connector.
