Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request application access.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.

This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

          Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

          • Application Name: The name of the application for which the employee requests access.
          • Business Justification: The business justification for the application access request.
          • Access Duration: The length of time that the employee needs access.

          Automated Fulfillment

This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

          Note
Note The flow routes the request for manager approval and, after approval, triggers an automated API call to provision time-bound application access.

          Integration

This template uses a preconfigured integration with an identity and access management system. The integration performs the automated application access provisioning with time-bound controls during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure credentials for the identity and access management system.
