Intake Attributes
The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:
- Application Name: The name of the application for which the employee requests access.
- Business Justification: The business justification for the application access request.
- Access Duration: The length of time that the employee needs access.
Automated Fulfillment
This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.
Integration
This template uses a preconfigured integration with an identity and access management system. The integration performs the automated application access provisioning with time-bound controls during fulfillment. To use this integration, configure credentials for the identity and access management system.
