            Deploy this template to provide employees with a standardized way to request updates to an existing distribution list.

            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

            • Distribution List Name: The name of the distribution list for the membership update.
            • Membership Action: The requested action, either adding or removing members from the distribution list.
            • Member Email Addresses: The email addresses of the members that the request adds to or removes from the distribution list, up to 20 per request.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with your directory or mail system in the fulfillment flow. Use Flow Builder to configure this integration to match how your organization manages distribution lists.
