            This template creates a service request record that captures essential user details for accurate and auditable fulfillment. Review what’s included with the template.

            Intake Attributes

            This template uses a simplified request process that identifies the user requiring a password reset. It doesn't collect additional intake details from the employee.

            Automated Fulfillment

            This service process includes a fulfillment flow that automatically processes the service request. You can extend this flow in Flow Builder to include custom logic, such as automated manager approvals or inventory checks.

            Integration

            This template uses a preconfigured integration with the Okta identity management system in the fulfillment flow. To use this integration, configure your Okta credentials. To learn more about this third-party connector, see Okta Connector.
